For Amounts under $5000

Set Up Fee of $100 plus 22% of the total value of the claim + GST

For Amounts from $5001 to $25000

Set up fee of $100 plus 20% of the total value of the claim + GST

For Amounts from $25001 and over

Set up fee of $100 plus 18% of the total value of the claim + GST
